"I'd take the awe of understanding over the awe of ignorance any day." -Douglas Adams

In fairness to those who might complain about my tongue-in-cheek comparisons between George Bush and Hitler, I wanted to mention this story from Joe Pixel about "Hitlery Clinton." This mangling of the senator's name reminded of a scene at the Democratic National Convention several years ago. Hillary Clinton was waving to some people before the ceremonies began, while Richard Strauss' "Also Sprach Zarathustra" played in the background. (For those who may not know, "Also Sprach Zarathustra" was the theme to the film "2001," and was written by Richard Strauss, who was a Nazi. The piece was written as a tribute to Naziism, and the title is a reference to one of Friedrich Nietzsche's principle works, which significantly influenced the Nazis and most other German political movements in the early 20th century).
